Guest Designer: Stacey Michaud and a GIVEAWAY!

Hi everyone! I am so excited to introduce you to this week's Guest Designer Stacey Michaud.  Let's get to know Stacey a little better ...

Describe yourself in 3 words … reflective, driven, moody.

My guilty pleasure is … reality TV in the form of The Bachelor, Project Runway and Top Chef.  I can’t forget dark chocolate.  Usually, those two things go together.

You’ll never find me without … my iPhone!  It keeps me organized, allows me to have constant email options and provides entertainment for my children.  Plus, I can get Pinterest anytime I want!

You might be surprised to know that I … am reserved and a bit anxious about new experiences.  Once I am comfortable, I am an extrovert.  Getting me there is another story.

My least favorite chore is … doing the dishes.  I worked out an agreement with my husband - I cook, he cleans.

I started scrapbooking in . . . 2004 when I cut every picture using scalloped-edged scissors.

My favorite thing about this hobby is . . . being able to journal and share all of our stories.

If I were a Pebbles product I would be … chipboard - lots of layers, each with a different color and pattern.

Stacey created so many amazing projects for us including this playful layout about her and her husband.  Here's what Stacey had to say ... "I was instantly drawn to the speech bubbles, coming up with the idea to do a layout about my husband.  We are constantly engaging in a playful banter.  I layered a couple of the Dimensional Stickers to given my photo a mat and to provide dimension.   I love how the products from With Love and Fresh Goods coordinate!"

Here's what Stacey had to say about her next project ... "I always appreciate a good sheet of ledger paper to serve as the background paper!  The banner is hand cut from the Fresh Goods Signage paper and layered on the bright yellow and wood grain patterns.  I love how it adds a curve and helps to connect the two photos, which I used on opposite sides of the page."

Here's what Stacey had to say about her next project ... "I have these cute shots of my kiddos in their super hero costumes.  It has been difficult to find a good line to match the strong primary colors, but the Fresh Goods collection solved that problem.  I cut the chevron pattern to add as an interesting top border.  The “Having You” banner was taken from one of the Dimensional Word Stickers.  I placed banner flags underneath."

And last, but certainly not least, Stacey created this amazing mini album along with step by step instructions.  Here's what Stacey had to say ... "With all the glorious embellishments that Pebbles has, I wanted to create a mini-album about all the things my family currently loves!  When I saw the Kraft envelopes, I knew they would make perfect pages!  After wallpapering the Kraft with patterned paper,  I simply adhered the outside flap of one envelope to the back of another and repeated to make my pages. "
