Guest Designer: Jen Gallacher and a GIVEAWAY!

Hi everyone! I am so excited to introduce you to this week's Guest Designer Jen Gallacher.  Let's get to know Jen a little better ...

Describe yourself in 3 words … snarky, messy, organized (Yes. You can be both.)

My guilty pleasure is … Peanut M&M's

You’ll never find me without … A notebook to jot down ideas or my "to do" list.

You might be surprised to know that I … I don't have ears pierced. I did at one time, but I didn't like it. I'm not a big fan of jewelry, especially when I'm paper crafting.

My least favorite chore is … Any chore that takes me away from my creative time.

I started scrapbooking in ... 1997 when my sister took me took my first class at a Pebbles scrapbook store.

My favorite thing about this hobby is ... I can convey my heart-felt feelings to those I love and they will always have a record of those feelings.

If I were a Pebbles product I would be … A clothespin: cute and tiny (or I inspire to be both of those things.)

Jen created so many amazing projects for us today including this love themed layout about her daughter.  Here's what Jen had to say ... " I wanted to focus on someone I love so I chose to create this layout about my 15 year old daughter, Katelyn. Like the card and envelope project, I filled the envelope with patterned paper and then added hearts "exploding" out of the envelope. Little details like ribbons with notched or diagonally cut ends make this layout completely feminine."

Pebbles supplies used:
With Love True Love (751202)
With Love I Heart You (751203)
With Love ABC Stickers (732081)
With Love ABC 2 Stickers (732082)
With Love Masking Tape Stickers (732086)
With Love Dimensional Hearts (747157)
With Love Scalloped Envelopes (747158)
With Love Gift Tags (747160)
With Love Mini Clothespins (744280)
With Love Heart Paper Clips (744281)
With Love Candy Dots - Hearts (744279)
With Love Acrylic Stamps (747162)
With Love Ribbon (780014)

Other supplies used:
Cardstock (American Crafts)

Jen also created a project to go along with our "double" theme this week.  Here's what Jen had to say ... "Fresh Goods always inspires me to pull out my summer photos. It makes me think of picnics, family reunions, flower gardens, and family. For this layout, I cut several of the patterned paper end strips into long banner strips and layered them on both sides of my photo. For something different I layered my title vertically rather than horizontally."

Pebbles supplies used:
Fresh Goods Signage (751186)
Fresh Goods Local Market (751190)
Fresh Goods Come Again (751191)
Fresh Goods Penny Candy (751192)
Fresh Goods Freshly Picked (751193)
Fresh Goods Denim ABC Stickers (732074)
Fresh Goods Dimensional Phrases & Icons Stickers (732076)
Fresh Goods Embossed Borders Stickers (732077)
Fresh Goods Sticky Notes (732080)
Fresh Goods Chipboard Flowers (747155)
Fresh Goods Dimensional Butterflies (747154)
Fresh Goods Toothpick Flags (747153)
Fresh Goods Vanilla Button Candy Dots (744276)

Other supplies used:
Cardstock (American Crafts)
String

Here's what Jen had to say about her final project ... "I'm a sucker for cute envelope shapes and the envelopes in this collection completely inspired this project. I added a patterned paper insert inside the envelope, then decorated the outside with a twist tie and a chipboard sticker. I then created a small square card that would easily fit inside the card. I love all the extra embellishments in this collection which make creating fun and easy."

Pebbles supplies used:
With Love All Mine (751209)
With Love Kiss Me (751211)
With Love Adhesive Notes (732088)
With Love Scalloped Envelopes (747158)
With Love Dimensional Stickers (732083)
With Love 12" Border Stickers (732084)
With Love Mini Clothespins (744280)
With Love Candy Dots - Hearts (744279)
With Love Ribbon (780014)

WOW!  Talk about inspiring!  Thank you so much Jen for creating so many amazing projects with Pebbles!  And now for a GIVEAWAY!  To enter simply leave a comment on this blog post telling us which of Jen's projects was your favorite.  One lucky winner will be chosen at random to win a prize pack full of Pebbles goodies.  Submit your comments by Monday at midnight (EST).  I'll announce the winner Tuesday morning. Good luck!
