Product Parade: Toothpick Flags and a GIVEAWAY!

Hey everyone!  Today we are focusing on one of my favorite Pebbles products ... Toothpick Flags!  Pebbles Toothpick Flags are the perfect embellishment for all of your paper crafting projects.  They add the perfect pop of color and whimsy and coordinate with all of our newest collections.

Design team member Jill Cornell used Toothpick Flags from 3 different Pebbles collections on this adorable layout about her twin daughters.  Here's what Jill had to say ... "The Toothpick Flags are such a cute addition to any project and they are easy to mix and match from any Pebbles collection. I love the variety of shapes for added interest on my layouts and projects. For this layout of my twin girls lifting a heavy bag of apples at our local orchard, I simply grouped three flags together and tied with twine. Then I placed the grouping behind a dimensional sticker. The grouping created a quick and easy embellishment."

"I was so excited to see the product for the Product Parade feature was Toothpick Fags.  I love those little things!  I made a couple of really quick cards with them.  Love how the Pebbles products make creating cute cards so quick and easy!  For the layout, I snipped the toothpicks off (which was very easy to do with my little craft scissors) and arranged them in a banner for a fun and different way to use them!"

Design team member Stephanie Baxter created an "off the page" project for her golf enthusiast father using the Pebbles Toothpick Flags as inspiration.  Here's what Stephanie had to say ... "My dad is a big golf enthusiast so I wanted to make him something for Christmas (yikes!) that was golf-related. The Toothpick Flags have always reminded me of pins on a golf course, so this assignment gave me the perfect opportunity to make a golf game. All I needed was some green cardstock for the fairway and greens, as well as some appropriately coloured Pebbles paper for the sand bunkers and lakes. I attached the Toothpick Flags to some Blu-Tac and stuck them to each putting green, and put one in the middle as the tee. All the game needs now is a marble to play. The idea of the game is to flick the marble to hit each pin in as few goes as possible. If the marble touches a sand bunker you have to miss a go and if it touches the lakes you miss two goes. I can definitely see my dad having hours of fun with this!”

I've never used toothpick flags before, but I think they're adorable. I'd use them on cards- great for WTG or Bday sentiments, especially, and I'd use them as accents for layouts about my kids' sports and school memories. Thanks for sharing these fun and creative projects using the flags!

I think toothpick flags would work well attached fairly flat onto a bookmark. Adds a bit of texture without too much bulk. Fun idea!

I would probably use them on my scrapbook pages and cards mostly, but have seen some cute cupcakes with them too.

I'd like to use them on a layout about my kids on the beach this summer. They remind me of the flags we put in their sandcastles. I can see a page with a row of sandcastles, each with their own flag.
