More Back To School Projects with Elizabeth and Valerie

Design team member Elizabeth Carney created a pair of cards perfect for back to school time.  Here's what Elizabeth had to say about her first card ... "I wanted to keep this card simple, but bright because it is for a family friend whose son has just gone off to college. The bright colors still say "school" without being themed school-ish for someone who is older!"

Here's what Elizabeth had to say about her second card ... "We are well into our third week of school with our daughter Alyssa. I wanted to sneak a card into her backpack before school one day to let her know how proud I was of her transitioning so well into high school! Keeping with a more mature look, I used "school" themed colors but added a more grown up girlie touch to the card."

Design team member Valerie Mangan mixed and matched several Pebbles collections to come up with this adorable school layout.  Here's what Valerie had to say ... "Even though there are no specifically school-themed papers, I had no problem mixing some Pebbles products to make a school themed project.  For this page about my little school boy I wanted to mix some blue and green to complement those colors in his backpack and the school letters. The green ledger from Floral Lane was a perfect pair, in pattern and color, with the Fresh Goods Window Display paper.  To make banner and scalloped borders I fussy cut the Window Display and Signage papers."
