Guest Designer: Christy Saeger and a GIVEAWAY!

Hi everyone! I am so excited to introduce you to this week's Guest Designer Christy Saeger.  Christy was chosen as a guest designer after she posted to our Facebook Guest Designer search.  We loved her fun style and couldn't wait to see what she created with Pebbles products.  Let's get to know Christy a little better ...

Describe yourself in 3 words ... loving, multi-tasker, creative.
My guilty pleasure is … Diet Coke and Peanut M&M's of course!

You’ll never find me without … a to do list.

You might be surprised to know that I … have traveled to 12 countries as well as Alaska & Hawaii.

My least favorite chore is … folding laundry, ick!

I started scrapbooking in ... high school.

My favorite thing about this hobby is ... documenting our life experiences in a creative way.

If I were a Pebbles product I would be ... paper flowers - classic, simple & just a little bit of something girlie.

Christy created so many amazing projects for us today including this layout celebrating her daughter's first birthday.  Here's what Christy had to say ... "I'm a big time sucker for kraft cardstock so I was thrilled to find it along with tons of other fantastic goodies just ripe for the scrapping!  Capturing the special moments of celebrating my daughter's 1st birthday I put this layout together using papers in the Ever After collection.  The color combination hit me just right and I couldn't be happier with how this layout turned out."

Pebbles supplies used:

Other supplies used:

Here's what Christy had to say about her next project ... "My fridge has been desperate for a major picture update and the stars finally lined up for me to get it done.  Summer has been so busy but has also provided some great photo opportunities for my fridge overhaul.  I found these frames at my local dollar store (perfect for this thrifty girl!) and knew they were raging with potential.  A few layers for the base along with lots of embellishments on the outside of the frame and voila!  Keeping the score even we have a girl version and a boy version to share today.  The blues and greens in the Floral Lane and Ever After collections ended up working out just right to capture the spirit of my little boy."

"When I sat down to put a card together I was envisioning something with a few more bells and whistles but the papers in the Floral Lane Collection are gorgeous enough without a lot of extra frills.  A few cuts using my Cricut, a little sewing around the border, and a quick rub-on made this card fast, easy and fun!"
