Design team member Christa Paustenbaugh created this "banner-ific" card using lots of Happy Go Lucky products.  Here's what Christa had to say ... "I'm normally not a card maker, but the Pebbles embellishments make it very easy for even me!  Instead of using the toothpick flags as flags, I took the toothpick out and used them as a banner for this card.  The "happy day" stickers made it easy to finish off and I think my mother will love it!"
