More Double Layouts with Laura, Stephanie, and Suzanne

Design team member Laura Vegas created this double page layout to document her girls' love of playing games.  Here's what Laura had to say ... "I love doing two page layouts more and more these days. It's always nice to get a lot of photos onto a layout at once. I have a lot of random photos of my girls playing the Wii and their Nintendo game systems, from over a wide range of dates. It was fun to pull these photos from all different months, and work them onto one two page layout. I started with 4x6 photos, and just trimmed them down a little here and there, until they all fit together across the two pages. I choose my papers by playing off the main colors in the photos. Browns, greens, and pinks. And then mixed in some yellows just for fun."

Design team member Stephanie Baxter created this adorable two page layout about her friend's daughters.  Here's what Stephanie had to say ... "“I’m so excited about this week’s theme because I’ve very recently started to get into making double-page layouts after having two-page layout phobia for so long! I love the fact that doing a double-page spread allows you to show off SO MANY photos that you might not ordinarily be able to fit on one page. And it also gives you the space to fit lots of different Pebbles papers on your layout, like I’ve done here. The patterns and colours of the papers I chose fit so well with these photos of my friend’s three beautiful girls, so I was glad to have enough space on the layout to showcase them side-by-side. I made sure to use some of the same paper on the left page and to have some elements that span both pages to give the whole layout a unified feel, rather than it seeming like two separate pages. I’ll definitely be doing more double-pagers in the future!”

Design team member Suzanne Sergi celebrates the arrival of a new puppy on this adorable double page layout.  Here's what Suzanne had to say ... "We recently bought my oldest daughter a dog for Christmas. We have missed having a dog, since our Lucy two years ago. It has been such a pleasure to have this sweet little friend. My youngest daughter, Macie, has fallen head over heals for Sammie. She cannot put him down, and he seems to enjoy it, by following her around. I was so excited to be able to document this sweet snapshots. The Cats & Dogs collection is absolutely perfect for documenting your pets. The colors are bold, and the embellishments are whimsical! They add so much dimension, and character to the page! I know I am in love with the felt embellishments."
